Clean and simple and one layer card ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week is going well. I took out a different stamp and used a different colour ink pad to create another one layer card using my Hero Arts stamp along with a home made stencil and here is the end result …

I've just realised what this stamp reminds me of
and that's photographs of 1960's design lol!
All the inky details!
A final look

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
#99 Autumn Colours Now you might not agree with me but the colour purple is all about autumn to me. We had several Acer trees and when they turned in autumn they were purple

I have used a die to create my inky panel as a different way to use a die.  I‘m not sure if this card is allowed so please delete if it doesn’t follow your theme

It must be something to do with the light because the stamped puffballs (dandelion heads) look black. I may need to play around with my lighting.  I created a stencil and inked through it this time using a more purple shade and for some odd reason it doesn’t look anywere near as stark this time! Once I had added the ink I then dried the card before putting the mask back in place whilst I spritzed water onto the oval. I’ve tried doing that without the mask in position and the ink bleed out. I didn’t want that look for this card so I used the paper mask again.

Once I had that little oval ready I whipped the mask on and stamped the lovely puffballs. I have to admit this is one of my favourite Hero Arts stamps and it was one that was gifted to me from the lovely and very talented Brenda. I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of the image and I have plans for it too, if I remember lol! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
