Happy Birthday ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week is going well. Rather than creating a new background I decided to delve into my multiple bag of snippets to today’s project. I found the embossed background and a stamped snippet ready and waiting to be used and here is the end result …

An A6 birthday card
All the yummy details
A final look

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Colour Crazy Craft Challenge #37 Anything Goes
Paperbabe Stamps Challenge #56 Anything Goes
Scrapy Land Challenge #74  Anything Goes
I used a Memory Box die, a Whimsy Stamps die
and a Couture Creations Embossing Folder

This was a really quick one to create because I had stamped the lovely candles using the solid stamp that is part of this very versatile set and then I used my heat tool to quickly dry the candles before stamping the black solid outer edge. I also stamped the lovely bubbles/circles from this set. The background was already dry embossed so I wrapped satin ribbon around the stamped panel and added Stickles to the flame of the candle. The Happy Birthday and butterfly were also cut from coloured card snippets. I’m definitely polishing my halo right now lol! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
