Rudolph Day ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week is going well. It’s that time of the month again, Rudolph Day, lol, and as it’s nearly October I thought I had better start making two or more anyways here’s the first one …

A6 with several layers
I deliberately didn't use foam pads
All the details
A lovely snowman
And here is the second one ...

A6 again with quite a few layers
As flat as can be again
All the details

Here's the final look at the first card
And a final look at the second one

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge
#352 Anything Christmas Goes optional twist male:
I think both of these would be acceptable for the pesky men

These were really quick to create as I was able to dip into my multiple bags of snippets and already stamped images. The patterned paper is really old Craftwork Cards stock as is the die cut oval. The snowflakes on the second card were purchased die cuts and stickers. The sentiment on the first card was die cut from coloured with AquaTints card as were the three baubles. I used pre puchased A6 card blanks and then I found I had enough patterned paper to make two cards so I went with it.

I stamped and heat embossed the snowman and then coloured him very lightly with my Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens. A little more bling and sparkle were added to the bse layer of the snowman using glitter and some mica flakes, I love mica flakes! They give really nice bling without the mess and annoyance of glitter. So very quick and easy to create because of bits of left overs. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x

Two pretty cards, KAren. Don't you just love it when you can use snippets!

These are all the more special for the fact that they are snippet cards.

Thanks for taking part in the September Rudolph Days Challenge.
