Autumn's floral outburst ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week is going well. I found a little bag full of these stamped flowers, they are from one of my newer sets of stamps and I wanted to use them along with the sentiment in that set to create a bouquet of autumn flowers and here it is …

Another 148mm square card
It has lots of depth but will flatten down to go in an envelope
Final look, I managed to capture the sparkle anll the shades if orange, peach, pink and red

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Cards Und More Challenge #197 Anything Goes with Red
Country View Crafts Challenge Stencils
Craft Stamper Magazine Challenge November TIMI Anything Goes

Double D Challenge Feeling Fallish

Dream Valley Challenge Inspired by a Song: Lady in Red
Mod Squad Challenge Cut it Out: no white or ivory on the front
Scrapy Land Challenge #77 Anything Goes
I used Crafters Companion & Tutti Designs dies

I used many different mediums and many snippets to create this card. The patterned background paper is a really old snippet and there wasn’t enough to cover my square card so I attached the patterned paper and then trimmed up a piece of card that I had applied texture paste and embossing powder to through a really beautiful new-ish stencil. The flowers had been stamped onto snippets but not coloured so I used a mixture of Brusho watercolour crystals and Luminarte H2O watercolours to colour them. I applied a light wash of red watercolour to a die cut banner and then stamped the fabulous sentiment on it. I played around with the layout and added a couple of die cut butterflies to finish.

Another piece of patterned paper and lots of snippets were used to create this card, the rotten snippets are breeding like mad at the moment and I can’t keep up with them lol! It did feel good to use a really really old piece of patterned paper though. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
