December Christmas Card #9 ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your weekend is going well.  I am still attempting to shrink my pile of snippets and as I had some of this red glitter card I created this card …

A 145mm square card
Great for posting
All the yummy details
A final look

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Allsorts Challenge #447/8 Seasonal Flowers
Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge #365 Anything Goes
Scrapy Land Challenge #80 Anything Goes
I used Crafters Companion and Sizzix dies

I used a snippet of Papermania patterned paper to stick onto the card front. I die cut the leaves from snippets of card that had been coloured with Luminarte H2Os, and added splatters of the same colour to the patterned paper. I used snippets for die cutting the sentiment and I used red glitter card to die cut the poinsettia with. I coloured an old brad by tapping it onto my Versamark ink pad and then added three layers of WOW EP to colour it.

After that it was a really simple case of gluing the parts onto my card blank and another Christmas card ready and waiting to be written and posted lol! I love it when Christmas cards are quick to make like this. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
