Flowering bird ...
Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your weekend was a good one and you have a great week. I’ve been with different brands and types of stamps for the last couple of days and here is another card I created …
A 150mm square card
It was difficult to photograph!
Here's the RHS & inside
I managed to capture some of the shimmer
Created for me and especially for these Challenges
I retrieved my set of Clearly Besotted flower stamps and stamped the fuchsia, leaves and sentiment in position. It was at this point that I decided to see if the Prima bird stamp would work well with this set and make the image look like the bird is about to steal the shiny sentiment. I think it has worked and I’ve a pretty little card that is suitable for birthday or get well.
The stamp combining is something I have really enjoyed trying and it’s something that I plan to try more of in future. All of the card and paper, with the exception of the card blank, were in my snippets folders. I had the Luminarte H2O watercolours out so I grabbed them to colour the flower and the bird. Simples lol! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
