Twilight ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your weekend is going well. Whilst I had the Prima birds, trees and grass stamps I decided to create another landscape. I changed the stamped design and the card layout and here is the end result …

An A5 card
This one is great for posting
The beautiful stamps
I managed to capture some of the shimmer

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Addicted-to-Stamps-Challenge Baby It’s Cold Outside
Creative Artiste Challenge #33 Mixed Media Anything Goes

With the exception of the card blank all were snippets
Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge Birds of a Feather
Stamping Sensations Challenge Cold & Frosty Colours

I created this landscape exactly the same way I did yesterday’s card, see the how here. Once I had the landscape coloured with acrylics I went back with stamps and watercolours to add details and shadows. I changed the stamp I used for the trees in the background and I have not decoupaged the bird. I’ve darkened the sky by using Luminarte H2O watercolours to make it very atmospheric. The landscape was created using a large snippet as was the red matt and the die cut sentiment. I used multiple brands of stamps to create one stamped yet coherent project which makes me really happy lol! I’ve deliberately kept this one a bit simpler because I was trying to create birthday cards for men however that twilight shimmer may make this one unisex lol! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
