A tag ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week was a good one and you have lovely plans for the weekend. I’ve been playing with one of my Penny Black stamps again and here is what I created …

Lots of yummy snippets and goodies
Plenty of texture and depth
I adore brushstroke stamps!
Plenty of bling too!

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
A Inky Mess Challenge #18 Mixed Media Anything Goes
Penny Black Saturday Challenge March Anything Goes

That’s Crafty Challenge Spring into Action
The Flower Challenge #18 Anything Goes
My apologies to the DT as the last time I used too many links on my previous entry

Everything used on this tag was in the snippets box. I had the rest of a piece of card that had been coloured with Pebeo Dyna inteference acrylic paints that I’ve used for the base of the tag. I used the last piece of another snippet that I had added crackle paste throught a stencil and then coloured with watercolours. I used another snippet to die cut a circle that I have added to the tag. The final snippet I used my Spectrum Aqua pens to ink up the Penny Black stamp and then stamped the image. Once the flower was dry I coloured the background with distress re-inkers. A little bit of embellishing here and there and this was a great experiment combining multiple snippets to create a cohesive spring inspired tag and I love it! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
