Gelli plate play ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week is going well. I’ve been experimenting with my Gelli Plate and here is the end result …
A very grungey tag
Apologies for the photograph
All the details

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Creative Artiste Challenge Mixed Media Anything Goes
Love to Create Challenge  Week 6 Mixed Media Anything Goes
Unstampabelles Challenge #77 Decorate Something Wooden
 twist: get messy with paints
I used a little paint on my wooden laser cut shape

For me this is a full on grungey tag and I actually quite like it. I wasn’t overly happy with my Gelli plate pull but it’s amazing what some texture paste and a white acrylic paint wash can do lol! I need to remember that too. I am happy with the end result and that’s a bonus as far as I’m concerned. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x

Karen, you are a very prolific crafter! And what a fun time you must be having with that gelli plate. You are inspiring me to unwrap mine from it's package before I get too old to use it. I love the little wooden birdcage; it looks great on that beautiful background. Thank you for playing along at Frilly and Funkie in our Knock on Wood challenge. Hugs! Sara Emily
