Rainy play ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week is going well. At Country View Crafts the current theme is Postcards so I spent the weekend creating postcards and here is the first one …

It measures 105mm x 148mm
It has depth and texture
All the details

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Allsorts Challenge #457 Ladies Day
Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge Girl Power

I’m also sharing this with

Time Out Challenge #104 Bold

I attached a stencil to A4 card and applied the texture paste. Once that was dry I coloured then cut the card and this piece is the last piece that measures 105mm x 148mm. It was coloured with Distress re-inkers and I’ve added more runs of ink and raindrops. I have finally opened one of my hoarded embellishments, these funny little peeps from Tim Holtz. I decided to alter their outfits so I added Pebeo Dyna inteference to their dresses and leggings.

I have to admit I really enjoyed creating the ones I have and I can see a new obsession starting as they are the perfect size for trying out new techniques and new supplies or stamps or stencils lol! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x

I had to come read about your entry, as the thumbnail did not tell the tail. How much fun.
