Time Out Challenge #109 Words Challenge and the words are:
Friends are the charming gardeners
who make our Souls Blossom

The panel that I stamped the flower onto multiple times was a snippet of watercolour card left over from another project. The patterned paper is also another snippet from another project and just happens to be one of those free patterned papers from a magazine too. The old stash is the doily, flower sequins, ribbon and laser cut butterfly lol! The beautiful roses I purchased a couple of months ago from Wild Orchid Crafts as they were on special and I have altered them to match with the stamped blossoms and paper.

I positioned the stamp in my MISTI then used felt tips to ink up individual parts off the branch using green for the branches and pink and red for the flowers. I also sprayed the stamp with water when necessary and stamped the branch the whole way along the panel. I left the stamped panel to dry overnight naturally because I wanted the colours to stay as vibrant as possible. The next day I used my Distress Stains and a paintbrush to colour around and in between the flowers, leaves and branches and I was very careful so the green, pink and red are all still nice and vibrant and not altered by the blue stain lol! I used another snippet to mat the stamped panel onto then figured out the layout and embellishments and I was finished and happy lol! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x

Beautiful pink blossoms Karen, it's my current PB favourite (until the new ones arrive!). Thanks so much for sharing with us at Penny Black and More and Allsorts challenges.

My apologies as well, I only posted your prize yesterday, thought it went off last week until I found it under some sample Stamp Addict cards, no idea how I did that.
